I'm a highly motivated technology specialist. Interested in different areas of technology from neuroscience to biotechnology.
In my current role, I'm working on culture development specialized in the IT field. As I learned about Integral theory, I started to check multiple aspects to build a successful organization. Currently, if anyone wants to create a sustainable organization, they must develop numerous features which other than money. I'm following Frederic Laloux Teal concept, to make the perfect organizational unit. It is challenging to be the transformator between a rigid red organization and the Teal internal organization.
In the past year, I developed Teal processes for my teamwork, to make my organization selforganized as possible. This effort gives the advantages; the organization unit leader can work in any role, to check the processes efficiency in the existing organization. The technology relations helps to channel innovations and state of the art solutions to my team. We can decide where we use hardware and software solutions.
The developed work atmosphere not only useful for current colleagues, but we can attract new top talents from different countries.
Within the team equal ranked human communication is a key, to create a distributed decisions to any problem.
Generally, we select colleagues with a growth mindset, rather than certificates, or degrees. Teams compensate contribution rather than position rankings.
