SMART 2023 Conference

Registration 

Pre-registration is possible by filling in and submitting the online form on the "application" page. 

Please note that on-site registration is not possible on the day of the conference! 

When registering as an individual, we only accept registrations from one person from the same email address and only accept personal, named email addresses!   

GDPR 

The main organiser of the conference is the ICT Association of Hungary (IVSZ), on behalf of whom Ad Valorem Hungary Ltd. (Ad Valorem) is responsible for the organisation of the conference. 

During the pre-registration process, applicants are required to provide the necessary information to carry out the tasks related to the organisation of the conference, communication, invoicing, etc. 

By participating in the event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed and videoed. 

Tickets 

*The Xmas Special discount period runs until midnight on 31 December 2022.   

**The early bird period runs from 1 January 2023 until midnight on 6 February 2023. 

*** Startup tickets are available to founders and employees of startups. Please send a short description and the official webpage of your startup to smart@ivsz.hu upon submitting your application within this category. 

**** Sponsor tickets are available for sponsors of the SMART 2023 conference.

***** Please note that you are only eligible to request a student ticket in possession of a valid student card, which you might be asked to show for inspection during on-site registration.  

Please note that group registration is also available (5+ persons) through the submission of an excel file to smart@ivsz.hu, which can be found under the Group Registration menu. 

The above prices are net prices and do not include 27% VAT. 

WARNING! Discounts for IVSZ members are conditional on no membership fee arrears. 

The consumption included in the participation fee is 10 000 Ft + VAT, except for the student tickets, where it is 3 500 Ft + VAT/person. 

Information on payment and billing 

Confirmation of registration and invoicing will be handled by AdValorem and the participation fee will therefore be paid to AdValorem. Participation in the conference is conditional upon the payment of the participation fee before the start of the conference. No on-site payment is possible. Payment of the conference participation fee entitles you to participate in the conference presentations and complementary programmes. 

Cancellation terms and conditions 

• Cancellations received before 20 March 2023 will be refunded.  
• Cancellations received between 21 and 31 March 2023 will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee. 
• No cancellations will be accepted after 1 April 2023*.
